If you are having a house party, where you want simple, great tasting food that everyone will enjoy, you could choose from any of these dishes, and we will add in side dishes to complement.
Side dishes could include gratin daupinoise, roasted herby potatoes, chargrilled summer vegetables, lemon and mint cous cous, French beans with garlic dressing, mixed greens with coriander and tahini dressing, cherry tomato and caper salad, celeriac remoulade, rice and peas.
This option would be £12.50 per head, including cutlery and crockery, paper napkins and bread. We will arrive, reheat food, set up a buffet area and then clear down after the party, meaning you have nothing to do except enjoy your party. We can add dessert/cheese board for £5 extra and we do ask for a minimum of 30 covers.
For larger events and parties we suggest a more elaborate buffet incorporating both hot and cold dishes. The main focus is on truly memorable meat, as you would expect from Dalduff Farm, we then complement this with scrumptious salads, healthy vegetable options, handmade terrines, seafood dishes, and sauces.
Menus have included platters of roasted sirloin of beef, honey glazed ham, turkey breast, mini pork sausages with mustard, handmade scotch eggs, luxury sausage rolls, smoked fish salad, farmhouse terrine with pickles, tomato & olive tarts, celeriac remoulade, pear, fennel & pomegranate salad, asian style mixed beans, beetroot and spinach with maple dressing, slow roasted pork shoulder with Cajun spices, Moroccan style leg of lamb, jacket potatoes with crème fraiche, honey roasted parsnips, Mediterranean vegetables in balsamic dressing, spiced Puy lentils and red cabbage with apple.
We like to work with what’s in season and also what looks the best at the fruit market in Glasgow, so menus can and will be altered right up until the event.
This option would start at £15 per head, including cutlery and crockery, paper napkins, and setting up and clearing down, and any staff that may be required. We need a minimum of 50 covers for this option.
