Price List
This is a comprehensive list of our main products, but as experienced butchers and food lovers, we can supply almost any cut or variety of meat. For example, a crown of lamb stuffed with a lemon and herb filling, or a smoked ham glazed with mustard and honey. There are so many possibilities, so please ask if you want to know more. Our EEC approved kitchen is always busy experimenting with new ideas all of which are on sale in our farm shop.

All prices are subject to change, and all products are subject to availability, however, as long-established local suppliers of prime Scotch beef, pork and lamb, we endeavour to fulfil your requirements and expectations as best we can.
We take pride in our skills and experience as master butchers and in addition to these products we also sell fresh fruit and vegetables, home baking, dairy products, a large range of sausages and pies all made here on the farm, using only the finest ingredients and under strict hygienic conditions.
We do not, and will not, sell any genetically modified produce, nor is it knowingly used in any of our own products. We operate a full HACCP control system, and we can deliver daily by refrigerated transport.
We offer a full back-up service and guarantee for all goods provided. It is our aim to provide complete satisfaction and an honest and reliable service.

Once we have received your order by phone or email, we will then contact you to arrange collection or delivery. Orders can be collected at any time that suits you, or delivered by refrigerated van directly to your home or office.
